1항. 이용자는 '몰'이 정한 가입 양식에 따라 회원정보를 기입한 후 이 약관에 동의한다는의사 표시를 함으로써 회원가입을 신청합니다.
2항. '몰'은 제1항과 같이 회원으로 가입할 것을 신청한 이용자 중 다음 각호에해당하지 않는 한 회원으로 등록합니다.
1. 가입신청자가 이 약관 제3장제1조제3항에 의하여 이전에 회원자격을 상실한 적이 있는 경우, 다만 제3장1조3항에 의한 회원자격 상실 후 3년이 경과한 자로서 '몰'의 회
원 재가입 승낙을 얻은 경우에는 예외로 한다.

2. 등록 내용에 허위, 기재누락, 오기가 있는 경우
3. 기타 회원을 등록하는 것이 '몰'의 기술상 현저히 지장이 있다고 판단되는 경우
4. 만 14세 미만인 경우
3항. 회원가입계약의 성립시기는 '몰'의 승낙이 회원에게 도달된 시점으로 합니다.
4항. 회원은 제2조제1항에 의한 등록사항에 변경이 있는 경우, 즉시 전자우편 기타 방법으로’'몰'에 대하여 그 변경사항을 알려야 합니다.
5항. 회원에 가입하지 않으면 일종의 적립금 서비스인 사이버캐시 등 구매에 따른부가 혜택을 누릴 수 없습니다.이러한 부가 혜택은 '몰'의 정책에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.

1항. '몰'은 이용자의 정보수집시 구매계약 이행에 필요한 최소한의 정보를 수집합니다. We collect the minimum information necessary for customers to order, pay, and deliver goods and services and for us to provide other services to the customers.
다음 사항을 필수사항으로 하며 그 외 사항은 선택사항으로 합니다. We collect and use personal information for the following purposes:
1. 성명 ; Name
2. 주소 ; Address
3. 전화번호 ; Phone Number
4. 희망ID (회원의 경우) ; ID
5. 비밀번호 ; Password
6. E-mail (회원의 경우)
7. 메일수신여부 (회원의 경우) ; Settlement information: to provide settlement services
8. 비밀번호 힌트용 질문과 답변 ; Others: Information necessary for the provision of personalized services.
2항. '몰'이 이용자의 개인식별이 가능한 개인 정보를 수집하는 때에는 반드시 당해이용자의 동의를 받습니다.
3항. 제공된 개인정보는 당해 이용자의 동의없이 목적외의 이용이나 제3자에게 제공할 수 없으며,이에 대한 모든 책임은 '몰'이 집니다. 다만, 다음의 경우에는 예외로 합니다.
1. 배송업무상 배송업체에게 배송에 필요한 최소한의 이용자의 정보(성명, 주소, 전화번호)를알려주는 경우
2. 통계작성, 학술연구 또는 시장조사를 위하여 필요한 경우로서 특정 개인을 식별할수 없는형태로 제공하는 경우
3. 여행 상품 이용시 여행 상품 제공을 목적으로 해당 기관에 알려주는 경우
4. 고객의 제세공과금 (원천징수 세금 포함) 관련 해당기관에 통보하는 경우
4항. '몰'은 제2항과 제3항에 의해 이용자의 동의를 받아야 하는 경우에는 개인정보관리책임자의 신원(소속, 성명 및 전화번호 기타 연락처), 정보의 수집목적 및 이
용목적,제3자에 대한 정보제공 관련사항(제공받는자, 제공목적 및 제공할 정보의 내용)등정보통신망이용촉진등에관한법률 제16조 제3항이 규정한사항을 미리 명시하거나 고
지해야 하며 이용자는 언제든지 이 동의를 철회할 수 있습니다.

5항. 이용자는 언제든지 '몰'이 가지고 있는 자신의 개인정보에 대해 열람 및 오류정정을요구할 수 있으며 '몰'은 이에 대해 지체없이 필요한 조치를 취할의무를 집니다.
이용자가 오류의 정정을 요구한 경우에는 '몰'은 그 오류를정정할 때까지 당해 개인정보를 이용하지 않습니다.
6항. '몰'은 개인정보 보호를 위하여 관리자를 한정하여 그 수를 최소화하며 신용카드,은행계좌 등을 포함한 이용자의 개인정보의 분실, 도난, 유출, 변조 등으로 인한 이용자의손해에 대하여 모든 책임을 집니다.
7항. '몰'은 또는 그로부터 개인정보를 제공받은 제3자는 개인정보의 수집목적 또는제공받은 목적을 달성한 때에는 당해 개인정보를 지체없이 파기합니다.
단 사이버캐시를 이용하여 1회 이상 결재한 개인정보는 관련 회계 처리가모두 종료되는 시점에 파기합니다.

In connection with the transactions between the sellers and buyers through Coreausa.com, the Company does not guarantee the existence and genuineness of the intent to sell or buy, the quality, completeness, safety, and legality of the registered items, non-infringement of third party rights, or the truthfulness or legality of the information entered by the sellers or buyers and data posted on the URL linked to the information entered by the sellers or buyers. The relevant member bears all risks and responsibilities relating to such transactions.

1. The Terms and Conditions, the name, location, name of representative, business registration number, telecommunication sale business registration number and contact points (telephone and fax numbers and e-mail address) of the Company are posted on the homepage of the Company’s website.
2. The Company ( Soguk Corporation )may amend the Terms and Conditions to the extent permitted under the Regulation of Standardized Contracts Act, the Framework Act on Electronic Commerce, the Digital Signature Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce Transactions and any other relevant laws.
3. In the event of amendment of the Terms and Conditions, the effective date and the reasons for amendment are posted on the homepage of Coreausa.com, together with the current Terms and Conditions, at least one day before the effective date.

1항. 회원은 '몰'에 언제든지 탈퇴를 요청할 수 있으며 '몰'은 즉시회원탈퇴를 처리합니다.
2항. 회원이 다음 각호의 사유에 해당하는 경우, '몰'은 회원자격을 제한 및 정지시킬 수 있습니다.

1. 가입 신청시에 허위 내용을 등록한 경우
2. '몰'를 이용하여 구입한 재화·용역 등의 대금, 기타 '몰' 이용에 관련하여 회원이 부담하는 채무를 기일에 지급하지 않는 경우
3. 다른 사람의 '몰' 이용을 방해하거나 그 정보를 도용하는 등 전자거래질서를 위협하는 경우
4. '몰'를 이용하여 법령과 이 약관이 금지하거나 공서양속에 반하는 행위를 하는 경우
3항. '몰'이 회원 자격을 제한·정지 시킨 후, 동일한 행위가 2회 이상
반복되거나 30일 이내에그 사유가 시정되지 아니하는경우 '몰'은 회원자격을 상실 시킬 수 있습니다.
4항. '몰'이 회원자격을 상실 시키는 경우에는 회원등록을 말소합니다.
이 경우 회원에게 이를 통지하고, 회원등록 말소 전에 소명할 기회를 부여합니다.

제2조. 회원에 대한 통지
1항. '몰' 가 회원에 대한 통지를 하는 경우, 회원이 '몰'에 제출한 전자우편주소로할 수 있습니다.
2항. '몰'은 불특정 다수 회원에 대한 통지의 경우 1주일이상 ''몰' 몰' 게시판에게시함으로써 개별 통지에 갈음할 수 있습니다.

'몰' 이용자는 '몰'상에서 이하의 방법에 의하여 구매를 신청합니다.
다만 '몰'에서 구매할 때 생기는 사이버캐시와 관련하여 소득세법 제127조,129조 5항에 의해발생하는 원천징수세금의 기본자료로써 아래의 사항들를 '몰' 과의 첫 구매거래시점에 입력하여야 합니다.
1. 성명, 주소, 전화번호, E-Mail주소 입력
2. 재화 또는 용역의 선택
3. 이 약관에 동의한다는 표시(예, 마우스 클릭)

1항. '몰'은 제1조와 같은 구매신청에 대하여 다음 각호에 해당하지 않는 한 승낙합니다.

1. 신청 내용에 허위, 기재누락, 오기가 있는 경우
2. 미성년자가 담배, 주류 등 청소년보호법에서 금지하는 재화 및 용역을 구매하는 경우
3. 기타 구매신청에 승낙하는 것이 '몰' 기술상 현저히 지장이 있다고 판단하는 경우

1항. 회원이 상품을 구입할 때 사용할 수 있는 결제 수단에는 신용카드, 사이버캐시, '몰' 전자상품권, 결제대행업체에서 제공하는 전자화폐
등이 있으며사용할 수 있는 결제수단은 상황에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다. 또한, '몰'에서판매하는 특정 상품에 대해 결제수단을 제한할 수 있습니다.
2항. 신용카드는 회원의 동의를 얻어 등록한 후 사용할 수 있습니다.
3항. 사이버캐시는 '몰' 에서 현금처럼 사용할 수 있는 일종의 전자화폐입니다.
4항. '몰' 전자상품권은 '몰' 에서 발행 및 판매, 그리고 결제수단으로 지원하는전자화폐입니다.
'몰' 전자상품권에 관한 규정은 제 7장 부칙 4조에서 자세히 다룹니다.
7항. 결제대행업체에서 제공하는 전자화폐는 '몰' 과 대행업체와의 계약에 의해 '몰' 결제수단으로 지원하는 방식입니다.
8항. '몰' 은 회원이 결제 수단을 안심하고 사용할 수 있도록 최선의 노력을 다합니다.
만일, '몰' 의 관리소홀로 결제 정보가 유출되어회원이 피해를 입었을 경우 '몰'가 책임을 집니다.
9항. '몰' 의 관리소홀로 만일 결제 정보가 유출되어 피해를 입은 것이 입증되면 현대해상화재보험의 인터넷 보안 배상 책임 보험에 따라1인당 최고 $2,000보상액을
지급합니다.

10항. 여행, 예약에 대한 결제 규정은 제7장 부칙에서 자세히 다룹니다.

1항. 사이버캐시는 '몰' 사이트 내에서 마치 현금처럼 사용할 수 있는 전자 화폐입니다.
2항. 사이버캐시는 '몰' 에서 물건을 구입할 때 자동으로 적립됩니다.
3항. 구매할 때 적립된 사이버캐시는 현금으로 환불 되지 않습니다.
4항. 사이버캐시는 현금이나 신용카드와 함께 사용할 수 있습니다. 예를 들어 $100 짜리상품을 구입할 때 $10의 사이버캐시가 있다면 $90 신용카드
로 지불하면 됩니다.
5항. 사이버캐시와 다른 결제 수단을 함께 사용할 경우 사이버캐시가 먼저 사용됩니다
.
6항. 사이버캐시와 다른 결제 수단을 함께 사용할 경우 사이버캐시를 나누어 사용할 수 없으며,사이버캐시 잔고 전액이 결제에 사용됩니다.
7항. 다음의 경우에 사이버캐시는 모두 소멸됩니다.

1. 회원을 탈퇴할 경우
2. 최근 1년 동안 추가 구매가 없고 사이버캐시 적립액의 변화가 없는 경우
3. 단, 유학, 이민, 질병 등의 사유로 인한 고객 의자동소멸 연기요청이 있는 경우에 는자동소멸되지 아니하며, 연기요청은 1회 6개월까지로 함.

1항. '몰'은 이용자의 구매신청이 있는 경우 이용자에게 이메일을
통지를 합니다.
2항. 수신확인통지를 받은 이용자는 의사표시의 불일치등이 있는 경우에는 수신확인통지를 받은 후즉시 구매신청 변경 및 취소를 요청할 수 있습니다.
3항. '몰'은 배송 전 이용자의 구매신청 변경 및 취소 요청이 있는 때에는 지체없이그 요청에 따라 처리합니다.

1. The Company ( Soguk Corporation) will provide methods for payment of the purchase price in cash, by credit card, or other means.
2. The buyer shall be responsible for any liability or disadvantage arising from the information entered by the buyer with respect to payment of the purchase price.
3. The Company may cancel the transaction if the purchase price is not paid within a certain time period after the order.
4. The Company may check whether the buyer is lawfully entitled to use the payment means used when paying the purchase price and may suspend or cancel the transaction until the buyer’s right to such use is confirmed.
5. The purchase price the buyer has to pay is calculated in Korean Won, and, for the convenience of the buyers, the equivalent price in U.S. Dollars is posted next to the Korean Won price. The applicable exchange rate is determined by the Company.
6. The exchange rate stated in the foregoing provision is subject to change without prior notice, and, in case of cash payment, the price in U.S. Dollars is determined according to the exchange rate determined by the Company at the time the buyer expressed his/her intent to execute the purchase contract.
7. In case of cash payment, the payment price should include any and all fees charged by settlement service providers such as Authorize.net.
8. In case of credit card payment, the exchange rate and settlement service fee are determined by the relevant credit card company, not by the Company or service provider.

1. After the execution of the purchase contract and payment by the buyer, the Company pays the settled purchase price to the seller after deducting certain system usage fees (i.e., transaction fee) if the buyer has received the purchased item or services from the seller. In case the buyer has not received the purchased item or services, or the buyer has made a request for a return or refund to the seller after receiving the purchased item or service, the Company returns the purchase price to the buyer.
2. The Company requests the buyer to notify the receipt of item or services within three business days from the receipt.
3. If the buyer fails to notify the Company of the receipt of the product in three business days, the Company may pay the purchase price to the seller for settlement.

1항. '몰'은 이용자가 구매한 재화에 대해 배송수단, 수단별 배송비용 부담자,수단별 배송기간등을 명시합니다.
만약 '몰'의 고의·과실로 약정 배송기간을 초과한 경우에는 그로 인한 이용자의 손해를 배상합니다.

1항. '몰'은 이용자가 구매 신청한 재화 또는 용역이 품절 등의 사유로 재화의 인도 또는용역의 제공을 할 수 없을 때에는 지체 없이 그
사유를 이용자에게 통지하고, 사전에 재화또는 용역의 대금을 받은 경우에는 대금을 받은 날부터 '몰' 영업일 기준 7일 이내에,그렇지 않은 경우에는 그 사유발생일로부터 '몰' 영업일 기준 10일 이내에 계약해제및 환급절차를 취합니다.
2항. 다음 각호의 경우에는 '몰'은 배송된 재화일지라도 재화를 반품받은 다음 영업일이내에 이용자의 요구에 따라 즉시 환급, 반품 및 교환 조치를 합니다. 다만 그 요구기한은배송된 날로부터 25일 이내로 하며, 반품 비용 일체를 '몰'이 부담합니다.

1. 배송된 재화가 주문내용과 상이하거나 '몰'이 제공한 정보와 상이할 경우
2. 배송된 재화가 파손, 손상되었거나 오염되었을 경우
3. 재화가 광고에 표시된 배송기간보다 늦게 배송된 경우
4. 방문판매등에관한법률 제18조에 의하여 광고에 표시하여야 할 사항을 표시하지 아니한 상태에서 이용자의 청약이 이루어진 경우
3항. 이용자가 개봉한 소프트웨어(음악 CD 포함)는 제2항 각호에 해당하지 않는 경우 반품 및환불이 불가합니다.
4항. 제2항과 제3항에 해당하지 않는 사유로 배송된 재화를 반환하는 경우 반품 비용일체를 이용자가 부담하셔야 합니다.
5항. 제2항과 제4항에 따라 반품하는 이용자는 배송된 재화 일체를 반품하셔야하며,'몰'는 이를 확인합니다.
6항. 여행 예약, 티켓 예매에 대한 취소 및 환불은 각각 제7장 부칙 2조와 3조를 기준으로 합니다.

1. The delivery period shall be from the day following the day on which payment receipt is confirmed to completion of delivery.
2. Public holidays, weekends and any other days during which delivery is impracticable due to a force majeure event are not included as part of the delivery period.

1. A buyer may demand a refund or exchange of the purchased items within seven days after receipt of the delivery pursuant to Article 17 of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce Transactions, except in the following cases:
1) the item is lost or damaged due to causes attributable to the buyer;
2) the value of the item has notably decreased due to use or partial consumption by the buyer;
3) the value of the item has notably decreased due to passage of time so as to make resale difficult;
4) the packaging of a duplicable media product (e.g., software, CDs, DVDs, etc.) is damaged, unless the product itself has an original defect;
5) there are other reasonable grounds that preclude a buyer’s claim for refund or exchange.

2. The return delivery cost and necessary expenses for refund or exchange shall be borne by the liable party.
3. A seller who has designated the delivery company shall be liable for any damages incurred to the buyer due to any problem in delivery.
4. If the return invoice number is not indicated at the time of requesting a return, the return and refund may be delayed.
5. Refund upon return will be made after the seller has received the returned items and the reasons for return and the bearer of the cost of return has been confirmed, by immediate cancellation of the credit card transaction or, in case of cash settlement, refund into the cash balance within two business days.
6. If the buyer is to pay for the cost of return, the refund may be delayed if the return cost is not paid.
7. Even if an exchange is requested, an exchange may not be possible if the seller has no stock for an exchange, and in such case, the request will be processed as a return.

1. Return or exchange may be restricted for delivery to overseas pursuant to Article 17(2)5 of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce Transactions and Article 21 of its Enforcement Decree.
2. Overseas delivery is divided into (a) a domestic delivery phase until the buyer’s items are delivered to a logistics center of a third party in business cooperation with the Company and (b) an overseas delivery phase until the items are delivered to the recipient through the overseas delivery network.
3. For overseas delivery, a purchase order may be cancelled depending on the status of delivery request. Return requested due to change of mind during delivery is limited to the phase of domestic delivery. Once an item has completed the domestic delivery phase and entered the overseas delivery phase, a return is not permitted unless the Company approves return or exchange due to an original defect in the delivered item.
4. A purchaser requesting the Company’s approval on return or exchange must prove the original product defect or other grounds for return or exchange by submitting to the Company objective evidence. The cost and expenses for delivery in connection with the return or exchange must be initially paid by the buyer, but the purchase price and cost of delivery paid at the time of purchase will be refunded into the G-account of the buyer.
5. Even if the Company has approved the exchange or return, items may be returned only after the buyer has first contacted Coreausa’s customer service department and sent the item(s) from the local post office.
6. If the estimated cost of delivery paid at purchase is greater than the actual delivery cost, the difference will be refunded into the G-account cash balance account.
7. If the estimated cost of delivery paid at purchase is at least KRW 3,000 less than the actual delivery cost, the buyer must make an additional payment to complete the delivery. If the difference is not paid within ten days, the item may be returned to the seller and the cost of return delivery from the Company’s warehouse to the seller will be deducted from the refund.
8. In the event of using overseas delivery service, the recipient is liable for all customs, taxes, duties and other cost imposed by the country to which the delivery is made.

1항. '몰'은 이 약관이 금지하거나 공서양속에 반하는 행위를 하지 않으며 이 약관이정하는 바에 따라 지속적이고 안정된 서비스를 제공하
는데최선을 다해야 합니다.
2항. '몰'은 이용자가 안전하게 인터넷 서비스를 이용할 수 있도록 이용자의 개인정보(신용정보 포함) 보호를 위한 보안 시스템을 갖추어야 합니다.
3항. '몰'은 상품이나 용역에 대하여 '표시·광고의 공정화에 관한 법률' 제3조 소정의부당한 표시·광고행위를 함으로써 이용자가 손해를 입은때에는 이를 배상할
책임을 집니다.
4항. '몰'은 이용자가 원하지 않는 영리목적의 광고성 전자우편을 발송하지 않습니다.

1항. 제2장 제2조의 경우를 제외한 ID와 비밀번호에 관한 관리 책임은 회원에게 있습니다.
2항. 회원은 자신의 ID 및 비밀번호를 제3자에게 이용하게 해서는 안됩니다.
3항. 회원이 자신의 ID 및 비밀번호를 도난당하거나 제3자가 사용하고 있음을 인지한 경우에는바로 '몰'에 통보하고 '몰'의 안내가 있는 경우에는 그에 따라야 합니다.

1항. 이용자는 다음 행위를 하여서는 안됩니다. 특히 제1호와 관련하여, 허위정보를 입력하였을 경우경품이나 각종 이벤트에 당첨되더라도 취소 될 수
있습니다.

1. 신청 또는 변경시 허위내용의 등록
2. '몰'에 게시된 정보의 변경
3. '몰'이 정한 정보 이외의 정보(컴퓨터 프로그램 등)의 송신 또는 게시
4. '몰' 기타 제3자의 저작권 등 지적재산권에 대한 침해
5. '몰' 기타 제3자의 명예를 손상시키거나 업무를 방해하는 행위
6. 외설 또는 폭력적인 메시지·화상·음성 기타 공서양속에 반하는 정보를 '몰'에 공개또는 게시하는 행위
2항. 회원은 이 약관 및 관계 법령에서 규정한 사항을 지켜야 합니다.
3항. 예매 티켓의 분실·도난, 도용 등으로 인해 발생하는 여러 문제의 책임은 티켓을 구입하신고객 또는 회원에게 있습니다.

1항. '몰'이 작성한 저작물에 대한 저작권 기타 지적재산권은 '몰'에 귀속합니다.
2항. 이용자는 '몰'를 이용함으로써 얻은 정보를 '몰'의 사전 승낙없이 복제, 송신,출판, 배포, 방송 기타 방법에 의하여 영리목적으로 이용하거나 제3자에
게 이용하게하여서는 안됩니다.

1항. '몰'은 이용자가 제기하는 정당한 의견이나 불만을 반영하고 그 피해를 보상처리하기위하여 피해보상처리기구를 설치·운영합니다.
2항. '몰'은 이용자로부터 제출되는 불만사항 및 의견은 우선적으로 그 사항을 처리합니다.
다만, 신속한 처리가 곤란한 경우에는 이용자에게그 사유와 처리일정을 즉시 통보해 드립니다.
3항. '몰'와 이용자간에 발생한 분쟁은 전자거래기본법의 조정에 따를 수 있습니다.

1항. '몰'와 이용자간에 발생한 전자거래 분쟁에 관한 소송은 민사소송법상의 관할법원에 제기합니다.
2항. '몰'와 이용자간에 제기된 전자거래 소송에는 미국과 한국법을 적용합니다.
1. Matters not provided for in the Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce Transactions and other related laws and regulations and general commercial practices.
2. For transactions executed through the "CoreaUSA.com" purchasing service, the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce Transactions and other relevant laws and regulations shall primarily apply to the parties to the transactions, and the parties may not claim indemnification or exemption under the Terms and Conditions.
3. If necessary, the Company may set out terms that apply to specific services (“Individual Terms”) and notify them in advance through "CoreaUSA.com".
4. If necessary, the Company may set out specific terms that apply to the use of general services (“Term/Con”) and notify them in advance through "CoreaUSA.com".
5. Any change in the Individual Terms under paragraph 3 and the Use Policy under paragraph 4 shall be notified seven days before the effective date of such change. 6. Members are responsible for reviewing the Individual Terms and the Use Policy to check for any notices of change. 1. The Company may, if necessary, change or suspend certain services (or part thereof) temporarily or permanently by providing advance notice on its website. 2. The Company and members may not transfer the rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions to a third party without prior consent of the other party. 3. Agreements, memoranda of understanding and notices additionally executed between the parties and notices on "CoreaUSA.com" to members pursuant to changes in the Company’s policies, enactment and amendment of laws and regulations, and announcements and guidelines of public authorities shall constitute part of these Terms and Conditions

본 약관 개정일(2008. 3.1.) 이전에 '몰'와 계약을 체결하여 현행 약관(본 개정내용을포함한)이 적용되지 않는 이용자들의 경우에도 본 공지기간 내에
'몰'에 현행약관(본 개정내용을 포함한)이 적용되는 것을 바라지 않는다는 뜻을 전자우편이나 전화의 방법으로 '몰'에 알리지 않는 경우 이용자가
